Zărnești Challenge

On its 7th edition, the obstacle course competition through the forest has earned a well-deserved place in the Top 10 sports competitions of this kind.

The race takes place on forest roads and paths with different inclinations and aims to turn a trivial run through the forest into a real obstacle course, which can be found with low and narrow passages and tunnels for crawling, vertical climbing walls with ropes or areas for weightlifting, even huge tires.

The race takes place in 3 categories: Sprint, Super Sprint and Elite, the differentiation being made according to the distance covered (from 3.2 km. To 16 km.) and the number of obstacles that reaches up to 60 (Elite).
