Rent a bike - bicycle rental center offers you:
* 16 Cube mountain bikes with 29er or 27.5 wheels and frame of different sizes for adults and older children,
* 3 bicycles for younger children,
* bicycle seat for children up to 22 kg
* 1 tandem bicycle
* headphones and repair kit, as well as tips on area trails & bike use
Prices:
* 70 lei / bicycle, 1/2 day between 8.00-13.00 or 14.00-19.00
* 125 lei / bicycle, one day, from 8.00-19.00
* 95 lei / bicycle for renting at least 3 bicycles or 2 bicycles for 2 days
* We provide delivery / pick up of bicycles (between 1-10 bicycles) in Zarnesti free of charge, at Plaiul Foii, Rasnov, Magura and Bran - 50 lei / transfer, at Pestera, Moieciu, Fundata, Sirnea, Brasov - 100 lei / transfer

Description
One-day guided mountain biking and trekking tours starting from Zărnești ( Piatra Craiului National Park) with a short transfer by car in the beginning.
1. Daily guided tours with our CUBE mountain bikes
In this tour, we connect by bicycle one of the most important touristic points from the area, like Bran Castle with Râșnov fortress, or Bear Sanctuary with Vulcan village. These tours are available for groups of friends, or for families who are used to pedal and want to discover by bicycle the charming area of Zărnești, Bran, and Râșnov.
*Version A - a departure from our „Rent a Bike” center
Zărnești-Bear’s Sanctuary (optional)-Vulcan-Poiana Mărului- Zărnești
Transfer by car for 15 minutes. The tour starts from Bear’s Sanctuary with an optional visit here. We’ll continue to pedal on green single tracks through oak forests, mostly down. Before riding down to Vulcan village is a lake, the perfect place to have a snack. Is time to admire the view with Bucegi and Postavaru mountains in front and colorful scattered houses on rolling hills. From Vulcan, we’ll pedal up on a remote asphalted road until Holbav village. We’ll pedal mostly down on a valley where the locals are working their lands. We’ll come back to Zărnești on an asphalted road along the river. Technical details: 38 km with 470m+
*Version B - a departure from our „Rent a Bike” center
Zărnești - Rasnov fortress - Bran Castle – Zărnești
Transfer by car from Zărnești to Râșnov fortress. A visit here is possible. We’ll cross by bicycle Râșnov village and follow along the remote road on a valley for half-hour. We’ll enter the forest and ride up on a dirt road admiring the impressive views of Sohodol mountain village and part of Branului country. The downhill to Bran castle is the highlight of the day. A visit here is possible. The last part of the tour is on a flowing asphalted road that connects Bran with Zarnesti, through two small traditional villages. Technical details: 20 km with 300m+ , or 30 km with 550m+
2. Daily guided trekking tours - a departure from our „Rent a Bike” center
You have the opportunity to discover places which are not so known and not crowded at all. Places with views like postcards and where you’ll find tranquility and peace. Our local guides we’ll lead you on a hilly ridge, a remote area where few locals decided to don’t leave their lands for better and easier living conditions. They are still working their fields with horses and with their own hands in order to keep traditions and minimalist life. Technical details: approx. 12 km with 400m+

Details:
The tours take between 4-6 hours, you need an average level of mountain biking, you’ll ride on dirt roads, flowing single tracks and remote asphalted roads, up and down. The guide has the right to change the route at any time depending on the situation for your safety.

MTB tours: 45 euro/person and 40 euro/children under 10 years old
*Discount for families:
Trekking tours: 35 euro/person and 30 euro/children under 10 years old
Booking policy: 100% deposit for booking confirmation. Free cancelation with more than 48h before the meeting day. You have to make the booking 1 day in advance until 9 PM!
