Promenada Poliștoaca -Valea Puristoaicei (sau Polistoaca ) isi are obarsia in apropierea cotei de 1114 m, la est de culmea Cioplei. Soseaua care insoteste aceasta vale a fost construita in anul 1915.  Polistioaca este locul de promenada cel mai puternic ionizat din Predeal.

Pe Aleea de Sub Tampa a fost amenajata o pista de alergari de 2 kilometri, care are si sase unitati pentru sport in aer liber. Este vorba de un traseu de 2 kilometri, atat pe la marginea padurii, cat si pe alei asfaltate care ii asteapta pe cei care vor sa faca miscare. Viceprimarul Miklos Gantz spune ca aceasta initiativa este a Primariei Brasov, in colaborare cu Asociatia Cetatea Brasovului. Punctul de pornire este langa foisorul in care canta fanfara.
